How do I get the birthday bonus?
Add your little one's birthday to your account, and we'll automatically drop points 30 days before each year's birthday. Bronze members get 50 points, Silver get 100, and Gold get 200. Easy as that.
Can I add more than one child's birthday?
Not just yet, one birthday per account for now. We're working on changing that, so stay tuned.
Is there a limit on reviews?
You can earn 100 points for up to 3 Trustpilot reviews, and there's a 4-month cooldown between each one. So once you leave a review, the next points-earning one unlocks four months later.
Is there a limit on referrals?
None at all. Refer as many friends as you like and earn 300 points every single time one of them shops.
Do I have to do anything to move up a tier?
Nope, it's all automatic. Once you hit the spend threshold for the next tier, you're bumped up right away, and your level-up points land in your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Head to checkout and use the dropdown menu to redeem your points.
Do my points ever expire?
Your points last 12 months from the date of earning.
When do my referral points arrive?
After your friend places their first qualifying order. Once that goes through, you'll get 300 points.
What happens to my tier each year?
Tiers are calculated based on your spend within 12 months. Up to $180 lands you in Bronze tier, up to $300 in Silver tier, and everything above $300 places you in Gold.
Where can I check my points and tier?
Anytime, right on your rewards page. You'll see your current balance, your tier, and how close you are to the next one.
