Due to COVID-19, many shipping companies prioritize the transport of medical equipment, which means that your package might be withheld by the shipping company for an extended period, leading to longer wait times and delays. We thank you for your patience, as this is something out of our control.

Where do you ship from?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free worldwide shipping from our warehouses in the United States, Australia, Germany, and Asia. Depending on the stock available.

How long does the handling process take?

Our handling time usually takes about 1-2 business days. Then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post, or New Zealand Post, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

What is the delivery time?

  • United States: 2-4 business days
  • Canada: 5-12 business days
  • Australia: 5-12 business days
  • New Zealand: 5-10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days
As for other world regions, it can take 7-15 business days, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you place an order containing multiple products, each one may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver you the ones available as soon as possible.

We are a US-based company, and all our prices are listed in USD.

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 6-12 hours after purchase - so if you change your mind within that time - please send us a message and be advised that we always work hard on sending out orders to ensure they get delivered faster.
 
We’ll cancel and refund you in full when we get your request and the order has not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for a refund after the item arrives at your location if it's already been shipped out.
