Loyalty Program Terms of Service

Operated by: Montessori Generation, Montessori Generation Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”)


These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern Montessori Village (the “Program”), the loyalty and rewards program operated by Montessori Generation. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you (“you,” “member”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in a region to which we ship.


1.2. Membership requires creating and maintaining a Montessori Generation account and enrolling in Montessori Village. Points and tier status are tied to that account.


1.3. Only one account is permitted per person. We reserve the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts.


1.4. Membership is free.

2. Membership Tiers

The Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. All members begin at Bronze.


2.1. Qualifying for a tier

Tier status is based on your qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month period (see Section 4.1 for the definition of qualifying spend):

2.2. Rolling window and downgrades

2.2.1. Your tier is determined by your trailing 12-month qualifying spend and is reviewed on an ongoing basis.


2.2.2. Because the qualifying period is rolling, your tier can go down as well as up. If your trailing 12-month qualifying spend falls below the threshold for your current tier, you will be moved to the appropriate lower tier.


2.3. Tier benefits

Your earning rate depends on your tier at the time of each transaction:

Higher tiers may also receive an enhanced birthday bonus (see Section 5.4).

2.4. Tier advancement bonuses
You receive a one-time bonus the first time you reach each higher tier:
  - Bronze → Silver: 50 bonus points
  - Silver → Gold: 100 bonus points

These bonuses are awarded one time only per account. If you are downgraded and later re-qualify for the same tier, the advancement bonus is not awarded again.

Points are rounded down to the nearest whole point.

4. Earning Points — Details

4.1. Qualifying spend

4.1.1. “Qualifying spend” means the amount actually paid by you for products, and is the basis for both point earning and tier qualification.

4.1.2. Qualifying spend excludes sales tax, shipping charges, and any other fees.

4.1.3. Where you redeem a discount (including a points discount code or referral discount), points are earned on the amount actually paid after the discount is applied. Orders on which a discount is redeemed still count toward tier-qualifying spend on the same basis.

4.1.4. Amounts attributable to refunded, returned, or cancelled items do not count as qualifying spend. If points were already awarded for such items, they will be deducted from your balance. If a tier was reached based on spend that is later refunded, your tier status may be adjusted accordingly.


4.2. First purchase bonus

A one-time bonus of 50 points is awarded on your first completed purchase as an enrolled member. Limited to one per account.


4.3. Facebook follow

A one-time bonus of 20 points is awarded for following our official Facebook page, subject to verification. To qualify, the follow must be initiated through the link on our Montessori Village Loyalty Program Rewards page, follows made through other means may not be tracked and may not earn points. Limited to one per account.


4.4. Trustpilot reviews

100 points are awarded per verified Trustpilot review, up to a maximum of 3 rewarded reviews per account. A 4-month cooldown applies between rewarded reviews — reviews submitted during a cooldown period are not eligible for points. To qualify, the review must be initiated through the link on our Montessori Village Loyalty Program Rewards page, reviews submitted through other means may not be tracked and may not earn points. Reviews must comply with Trustpilot’s guidelines; we reserve the right to withhold points for reviews we cannot verify.

5. Birthday Bonus

5.1. Members with a valid date of birth on file receive a birthday bonus each year.

5.2. The bonus is credited to your account 30 days before the birth date listed on your account.

5.3. The standard birthday bonus is 50 points.

5.4. Members in higher tiers may receive an increased birthday bonus (a higher amount for Silver and Gold members): The enhanced amounts are determined by us and may be updated from time to time.

5.5. To be eligible, a date of birth must be on file at least 30 days before the listed birthday. We reserve the right to limit the bonus to once per 12-month period and to take reasonable steps to prevent abuse (for example, repeated changes to a date of birth).

6. Referral Program

6.1. As a member, you may refer friends to Montessori Generation using your unique referral link or code.

6.2. Referrals are available for new customers only. The referred friend must not have previously purchased from or held an account with Montessori Generation. The referred friend receives a $15 discount on their first qualifying purchase, subject to a minimum purchase of $60 (before the discount is applied).

6.3. You (the referrer) receive 300 points once the referred friend completes their first qualifying purchase. Points are credited after the purchase is completed and any applicable return window has passed.

6.4. Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals, referrals to accounts you control, and other abuse are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of points and removal from the Program.

6.5. We may set a cap on the number of referral rewards per account and may modify or end the referral component at any time.

7. Redeeming Points

7.1. Points can be redeemed at checkout for a fixed-dollar discount code according to the following schedule:

7.2. The minimum purchase amount refers to the order subtotal before the discount is applied.

7.3. Discount codes are applied to your order at checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order, and discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers unless we state otherwise.

7.4. Once redeemed, the points required for a code are deducted from your balance. Discounts have no cash value and any unused portion of a discount is not refunded or carried over.

7.5. As noted in Section 4.1.3, points are earned on the amount actually paid after a discount is applied.

8. Point Expiration

8.1. Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

8.2. Points are deducted on a first-earned, first-used basis where applicable, and expired points cannot be reinstated.

9. General Restrictions

9.1. Not exchangeable for cash. Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for their monetary value or for cash.

9.2. Not transferable. Points, rewards, and membership are personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or pool your loyalty account or points with any other person.

9.3. Points have no monetary value, are not your property, and do not constitute a balance owed to you.

9.4. We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse points awarded in error, through system fault, or in connection with cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.

10. Account Closure, Suspension & Forfeiture

10.1. You may close your account at any time. On closure, all accumulated points and any tier status are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

10.2. We may suspend or terminate your membership, and forfeit your points, if we reasonably believe you have engaged in fraud, abuse of the Program, or any breach of these Terms or our general terms of service.

10.3. Points associated with an inactive or closed account may be forfeited.

11. Changes to the Program

11.1. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or change these Terms (including earning rates, tier thresholds, redemption values, and bonuses), at any time.

11.2. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. General

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12.2. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
